We work with businesses ranging from sole traders to teams of 50+. Managed support starts at a flat monthly rate covering 1–2 users, then £85 per user from 3 onwards — enterprise-level support without the enterprise price tag, whatever your size.

Yes — we handle the transition process carefully. We'll audit your existing setup, liaise with your previous provider if needed, and ensure there's no disruption to your team. Onboarding typically takes 24–48 hours.

Yes. We can source and manage your Microsoft 365 licences for you, and we handle the full subscription lifecycle including renewals, additions and removals — so you have one point of contact instead of dealing with billing portals yourself.

Our managed plans are offered on a rolling monthly basis — no long tie-ins. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in. The Bronze one-time plan has no contract at all.
