JDM Tech Services is a trading name used by John McGowan, operating as a sole trader. The name and address shown above are provided in accordance with UK business names disclosure requirements, and are given on our business letters, order forms, invoices and receipts.
We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we handle personal data on behalf of a client, this is governed by a written Data Processing Agreement forming part of our service contract. Managed services are supplied under our written Service Level Agreement and Terms & Conditions, issued to each client at onboarding. A copy is available on request.
